WHO WE ARE

Threads is the internal clothing brand and apparel expert of Rocket Companies. We bring new and innovative products to team members through seasonal product launches and custom company collections.

Our mission is to amplify the Rocket Companies’ Culture of Excellence while making a positive impact on the communities we call home.

 

HOW WE OPERATE

Threads operates with the goal of enhancing team member experience and culture.  We strive to provide the best quality products at the right price. We are not-for-profit based and follow the four pillars below that lead our curated collections and project collaborations:

 Support Local
We create projects with an emphasis on supporting brands and products that are based in Detroit, the state of Michigan, or the U.S.

 Prioritize Inclusivity
We consider DE&I initiatives, all FOC companies, and team members in our beloved cities to give our projects proper direction.

 Focus on Sustainability
We actively explore new ways to include these practices into our projects, whether that be using sustainable products and/or partnering with brands who have a sustainable/ethical mission and business model.

 Strive for Innovation
We are obsessed with finding a better way and are always looking for new, innovative products and processes to provide the amazing experience that is the hallmark of Rocket Companies.

We are proud to embody the Rocket Companies' For-More-Than-Profit initiative through community partnerships, brand collaborations, and a "Do The Right Thing" mindset.
