RETURN POLICY 

We accept returns and exchanges, for any reason. In order for an item to be eligible for return, the product: 

  • Must be returned unworn, unused, in the same condition that you
    received it
  • Must be returned within 15 days of receiving it

Great news! There is no cost to return/exchange your products. Once we’ve confirmed your return, you’ll receive a return label. All you’ll have to do is mail your products back via UPS.

REFUNDS

Once your items are received by the Threads team, you’ll get a “return completed” email confirmation. After this confirmation, expect your refund within 48 hours. Refunds are processed in the form of original payment. Keep in mind … depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to post to your account.
