    Hey! We get it… life happens. If you’ve got 99 problems, we’re here to make sure returning Threads isn’t one of them. We accept returns and exchanges, for any reason, on all products with the exception of custom-embroidered products.

     
    In order for an item to be eligible for return, the product:
    • Must be returned unworn and unwashed
    • Must be returned within 10 days of receiving it
     
    Custom-embroidered orders CANNOT be canceled and are NOT eligible for an exchange or return. However, if the product received is defective or damaged we will do the right thing by offering a return and/or exchange option.

    What’s up with my ca$h money?

    Once your items are received by the Threads team, you’ll get a “return completed” email confirmation. After this confirmation,  expect your refund within 48 hours. Refunds are processed in the form of original payment. Keep in mind… depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 7-10 business day to post to your account.
