When will my order ship and how long will it be before I receive it?
Stocked (inventory) goods will ship within 2-3 business days. All other items will ship in 7-10 business days. Special orders or larger orders will be 10+ business days (we will reach out to communicate in hands date). Rush available on some products.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive the USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking number. You’ll receive a notification via email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed once placed. If you’d like to make a change, please submit a ticket. You can submit a ticket by going to the Contact Us link in the footer and following the prompt.
Can I return or exchange products?
Yes, you can! Returns and exchanges are accepted, for any reason, as long they are unworn, unwashed, and returned within 5 days of receipt. So, no test runs! Check out the Return and Exchanges page for more details. This policy excludes special orders or pre-orders, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective when received.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don’t fret! We love to ship items once they’re ready, so you may receive multiple shipments.
