    Sooo… When will my order ship and how long will it be before I receive it?

    • Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement (usually within 24 hours) with the exception of our Company Collection, holidays, special orders, and pre-orders.
    • You’ll receive your order 1-3 business days after processing. 
    • Important note: Large quantity orders may increase the processing time significantly.

     

    Why is the Company Collection an exception?
    • Embroidered items ordered from our Company Collection require longer production time, as they are made-to-order from our vendors. These items will take approximately 3 weeks* to be delivered to team members.
    • *Carhartt products may be subject to longer production time.

     

    Hmmm… How do I track my order?

    • If your order is being shipped via intermail, you can track your order on FocusMail. Included in your email confirmation you’ll find an order number— that is the key to tracking your swag. It is hyperlinked, so just click it! If you prefer to work harder for your reward, follow the steps listed below:

      • Select resources
      • Select track internal
      • Type in TFOC(order number)

     

    • If your order is being shipped externally, you can track your order on UPS.

     

    Well… Can I cancel or change my order?

    • Absolutely! You can cancel or amend your swag as long as you haven’t received a confirmation email that it has shipped. Simply email us and we’ll take care of it. This excludes special orders or pre-orders.

     

    Uhhh… Can I return or exchange my swag?

    • Yes, you can! Returns and exchanges are accepted, for any reason, as long they are unworn and unwashed, and returned within 10 days of receipt. So, no test runs! Check out the Return and Exchanges page for more details. This excludes special orders or pre-orders, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective when received.

     

    Excuse me… I haven’t received my order, or I only received part of it!

    • Don’t fret! If you haven’t received your order (or the entirety of your order), 9 times out of 10, you ordered a custom-embroidered item. Those take a little longer because they are printed on demand, which is an additional 7-10 business days.
    • However, we want to get you your swag as soon as possible. If items are in stock, they are shipped immediately. Items that are not in-stock are shipped as soon as we get them.
