SHIPPING
What’s the difference between Ship and Pick Up for my delivery options?
Threads offers FREE shipping for Michigan-based team members when you select the “Pick-up (FREE)” option at check-out. Once your order is ready it will be bulk shipped from our warehouse to the Threads Store in One Campus Martius, Detroit.
Selecting the “Ship to customer” option at check-out will allow you to send your package anywhere in the US or Canada. This option includes a discounted shipping charge for our Michigan-based team members.
To ensure you receive your order in a timely manner, please only select our pick-up option if you live in Detroit or will be on the Detroit campus for an extended amount of time.
How do I track my order?
If you chose Ship to customer as your delivery option, you’ll receive the UPS or USPS tracking number via email once your order ships.
If you chose Pick-up (FREE) as your delivery option, you’ll receive an email once your order ships to our storefront and another once it’s ready for pick-up.
How long will it take to receive my order if I live I the U.S.?
How long will it take to receive my order if I live in Canada?
Generally, shipments to Canada take 7 – 21 days.
When will my order be ready for pick-up?
Orders placed by Thursday will generally be ready for pick-up the following Tuesday. Please note that if your order includes made-to-order items, like those from the company collection, your order will not ship to the store until all pieces are created and packaged. All orders will receive an email with instructions once their order is ready for pick-up.
It's been a while. Where's my order?
In the event that your order is lost in shipment, we can still fix it! Contact us within 90 days of receiving the email with tracking information if you still haven't received your order.
Note: Tracking information is not available via UPS after 90 days of being issued.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENTS
Can I return or exchange products?
Due to the limited nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee returns and exchanges. However, we'll work with you to provide the best experience possible given our availability of products and sizes.
In order for an item to be eligible for return, the product:
- Must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
- Must be returned unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it. Some factors that would keep us from accepting a return are: Strong odor, pet hair, washed product or store/manufacturer’s tags removed. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of the Threads team.
Please note that if the product doesn't meet our above standards, the order will be shipped back to you, and we will not be able to complete your request for a return.
This policy excludes special orders or pre-orders, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective when received. To see if your order is eligible for a return, contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed once placed. If you’d like to make a change, please submit a ticket. Contact us here.
When will my order ship and how long will it be before I receive it?
On-hand (inventory) goods will ship within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order items will ship within 15 business days.If your order contains a mix of on-hand and made-to-order products, your order will ship once all products are ready. Special orders or larger orders will be 10+ business days (we will reach out to communicate in hands date). Rush service available on some products. If rush service is needed, contact us here.
Where do I ship my return?
US & Canada Officed-Based Team Members:
Email us at Info@ThreadsFOC.com to initiate the return process. Once we’ve confirmed your return, you’ll receive a pdf of your order’s packing slip for us to reference. Print the attached packing slip and bring with your product(s) being returned to your local Workplace Experience Mailroom. Request an inter-office envelope, address it to The Threads Team in OCM and send with your return product(s) and packing slip.
Remote Team Members:
Email us at Info@ThreadsFOC.com to initiate the return process. Once we’ve confirmed your return, you’ll receive a return label via email. Print the label and mail your products backvia UPS.
When will I get my refund?
Once your items are received by the Threads team and meet our return standards, you’ll receive a Return Completed email confirmation. After this confirmation, expect your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are processed in the form of original payment. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 7-10 days to post to your account.
In the event your product does not meet our return standards, we’ll ship your order back to your preferred shipping address. We will be unable to process a refund for your order.
DETROIT/SPIRIT CARD
Can I use my Spirit Card (formerly known as the Detroit Card)??
Yes! Your order total MUST be at or below the amount on your Spirit Card (formerly the Detroit Card). Enter the card number as you would with a regular credit or debit card at checkout. Please refer to the instructions on the Spirit Card to ensure all fields are correctly filled out.
PRODUCTS
Why does the Company Collection take longer to receive in-hand?
These goods are made-to-order, which means they're printed as the orders are placed. We do not stock inventory of these products.
When will products be restocked?
We typically drop limited collections, so once they're sold, they're sold for good! However, for most inventoried company products, we keep tabs on restock interest so we can create a second order based on demand. Does the item you’d like to have restocked have a Notify Me When Available button? Click the button, provide your email, and we’ll notify you if your item is reordered and back in stock.
